This Privacy Policy applies to our application, Barvynka Studio, and to its pages on this website (collectively, our “Service”). By using our Service, you signify that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Privacy Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, they are strictly defined as:

 

  -App: Barvynka Studio, a coloring app for young children for iPad.

  -Company: when this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Anton Honcharov, the developer of Barvynka Studio.

  -Country: where the developer of Barvynka Studio is based, in this case Ukraine.

  -Device: the iPad on which the App is installed.

  -Grown-up: a parent, guardian or other adult who looks after the child using the App.

  -Parental gate: a short check in the App (a multiplication question written in words) that only a grown-up can answer. It protects settings, deleting, profile editing and making pages from photos.

  -Personal Data: any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.

  -Service: the App together with its pages on this website.

  -Third-party service: advertisers, analytics providers, software development kits (SDKs) and other outside services. The App uses none of them.

  -Website: the Barvynka Studio pages at https://eyale.github.io/pages/barvynka.html.

  -You: the grown-up who installs and sets up the App, and the child who uses it.

 

 

Information we collect

We do not collect any information. Barvynka Studio has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. The App works fully offline and does not send anything over the Internet, so nothing about you or your child ever reaches us.

 

 

Information stored on your device

To work, the App keeps some information only on your iPad:

 

  -Child profiles: a first name or nickname, an animal avatar and an age mode (Little or Big).

  -Drawings, earned stickers and coloring progress.

  -Coloring pages that a grown-up made from a photo.

  -Settings such as theme, sound, music and the drawing-time limit.

 

This information never leaves the device and is not available to us. It may be included in your own iPad backups (iCloud or computer), which are handled by Apple under your Apple account settings, not by us.

 

 

Camera and photos

A grown-up can turn a photo into a coloring page. This feature is available only after the parental gate. The camera or the photo picker is used only for this. The photo is processed on the device and is never sent anywhere. The original photo is not saved: only the resulting coloring page is kept on the iPad, like any other drawing. The App does not ask for access to your whole photo library.

 

 

Sale of Business

Because we do not collect or hold any personal information, there is no personal information to transfer if the App is sold, merged or discontinued.

 

 

Affiliates

We do not share any information with Corporate Affiliates or anyone else, because we do not have any information to share.

 

 

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine without regard to its conflict of laws provision. Your use of the App may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

 

 

Your Consent

By using Barvynka Studio, you agree to this Privacy Policy. No registration or purchase is needed, and no personal information is requested.

 

 

Links to Other Websites

The App contains no links to websites, no social media buttons and no ways to leave the App. This website may link to other websites that we do not operate or control; their own privacy policies apply there.

 

 

Cookies

The App does not use cookies or any similar technology. The Barvynka Studio pages on this website do not set cookies and do not use analytics. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may log technical information such as IP addresses for security purposes under its own privacy statement.

 

 

Kids’ Privacy

Barvynka Studio is made for children. We do not collect any Personal Data from children or anyone else, so no Personal Data of children is stored, used or disclosed by us. This approach is designed to meet the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the rules for children’s data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.

 

Grown-up features such as settings, deleting, editing profiles and making pages from photos are behind the parental gate. The App has no ads, no in-app purchases and no external links.

Changes To Our Privacy Policy

The App does not include or make available any Third-Party Services: no advertising networks, analytics tools, social media integrations or other SDKs.

GDPR is an EU-wide privacy and data protection law that regulates how EU residents’ data is protected by companies and enhances the control EU residents have over their personal data. We apply the same approach to everyone, wherever they live.

Individual Data Subject’s Rights - Data Access, Portability and Deletion

We do not store any of your personal data, so there is nothing for us to access, export or delete. Everything the App keeps is on your iPad and fully under your control: a grown-up can delete drawings or profiles inside the App (behind the parental gate), and deleting the App removes all of its data from the device.
